Absolutely killer service. I downloaded Yelp solely to write the review. I've now eaten at this place twice and both have been above and beyond and then some At my first visit i came 2 minutes before close because my pregnant girlfriend asked me for a blizzard. Not only were they happy to make it for me and quick to shut down any apologies i had with me coming so close to close. I asked if there was a way to appreciate them or help them out like a review or a survey, and the respond I had was "don't worry! we get paid to do this" At my second visit i had thought i ordered a second blizzard with my two chicken strips and upon walking into the store, the woman behind the counter said "it wasn't on there but i made one for free for ya anyways" truly excellent staff and any manager should be proud!
They don't have strawberry shortcake (boo) but the menu is okay otherwise. They have more food items than ice cream selections. Are soft pretzels really necessary? I had a small strawberry sundae & boyf had a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. The staff seemed efficient and the dining area clean.
First time to Ashland Oh to watch a game and stopped for a quick bite. We were greater by a very pleasant cashier(Contessa) . Food was great and staff was friendly. Will recommend. to anyone.
